Based in Los Angeles, California, I teach the contemplative practices of mindfulness, meditation and movement to create a foundation for health and wellness from the inside out. Using these tools, I cultivate the client's mind/body connection to foster greater mental clarity, resilience, strength and purpose. I am passionate about making mindful living a practical and accessible goal for everyone, drawing from my multidisciplinary training to help restore balance, realize harmony and reveal inspiration.
With a personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique aspirations, I support people in discovering the innate power they hold to harness and advance their physical, mental and emotional growth. By practicing at the intersection of mindfulness and movement, anyone can learn the skills to help them work, live and thrive with more balance, focus and awareness.
In a previous life, I practiced law as an attorney and legal advocate on both coasts, working in the non-profit, private and public sectors. I hold a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in addition to my formal studies in movement, mindfulness facilitation and meditation.
